Collect
all Fonts and Images required for
the job, Include the fonts that
are used in EPS files. For
postscript fonts we need both the
screen and printer font for each
typeface or typestyle.
Include All the Images (Tiff,
EPS,etc). Please include all
embedded images. (Used in
Pagemaker, InDesign, etc.)

Files should be compressed.
Mac users - sit files
PC users - zip files. (Do
not save the files as self
extracting.)
Create a folder then place the
files to be uploaded into that
folder.
Name the folder appropriately -
something like Company Name and
Project Name or PO No.
Compress the folder using
Stuffit
or WinZip.
Make sure the compressed file
retained the name you gave the
folder.
